RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to love your Skulls & Strokes gear. If something isn't right, reach out and we'll do our best to make it right.

RETURNS

We accept returns of eligible unused and unworn merchandise within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be returned in their original condition and, when applicable, with original packaging, tags and accessories.

To request a return, contact us at skullsandstrokes@gmail.com before sending your item back. Returns sent without contacting us first may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective or incorrect.

LIMITED & SPECIAL EDITION PRODUCTS

Limited edition, individually numbered, personalized or customized products are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective or incorrect.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at skullsandstrokes@gmail.com so we can make it right.

REFUNDS

Once an eligible return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or the product arrived damaged or defective.
